| 摘 要： | 基于事件旅游的特点与项目有着相似之处，尝试运用项目管理的基本理论和方法，结合事件旅游的特点，研究分析事件旅游几个方面的管理问题。分析结果表明，引入项目管理方法可以更好的管理事件旅游，提高旅游管理效益。
