| 摘 要： | 新装备训练模拟器是军队院校新装备教学的主要设备,目前它的建设和管理普遍存在研制缓慢、利用率低、管理不统一等现象,结合地方院校实验室设备建设和管理的先进经验,文中提出军队院校需要优化教学科研队伍,建立一个强大的、完备的新装备训练模拟器管理中心,完善装备训练模拟器资产管理制度,才能够有效促进新装备训练模拟器的发展。
