| 摘 要： | 组织教学比赛是帮助青年教师提高教学水平的有效手段之一。北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛目前已经举办了六届,清华大学青年教师教学基本功比赛已举办三届,通过比赛提高了青年教师的整体教学水平。2009年,清华大学电机系通过探索,组织了系级青年教师教学比赛。将教学比赛引入课堂,以比赛促进青年教师教学能力提高,取得了良好的效果。文章对系级教学基本功比赛的组织模式进行了探讨。
