| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的日益深入，企业面临的竞争越来越复杂，竞争的对抗性越来越强。企业面临着急剧变化的内外部环境。在这样的动态环境下只有建立起能有效降低环境威胁、快速响应并积极利用外部机会的战略柔性体系才能获取竞争优势。本文分析了在动态环境下，企业战略柔性与国际经营绩效的关系。

| Abstract: | Along with economy becoming more and more global, the competitive environment enterprises facing is becoming more and more complex. Facing the rapidly changing environment, only by establishing the strategic flexibility system the enterprises can effectively reduce the environment threats, response quickly and use exterior opportunity positively under such dynamic environments and gain the competitive advantage. This text analyzes the relationship between enterprise strategy flexibility and international performance under dynamic environment. |
