| 摘 要： | 调研发现,中小企业外贸培训需求和供给不平衡,出现供不应求的问题。为缓解二者的矛盾,既要协调好政府、行业协会、企业和学校的职能分工,创造良好的社会条件;又要从课程、管理、评估和授课讲师四个方面优化企业内部外贸培训体系,从体系上保证外贸培训的可持续发展,源源不断为中小企业提供高素质高水平的外贸人才,最终促进中小企业外贸事业的发展。

| Abstract: | By a survey,this article found that there had been an imbalance of demand and supply of foreign trade training in small and medium-sized enterprises,i. e. the problem of exceeding of demand. To release the tension of supply and demand,we should not only coordinate the functional division of governments,industry associations,businesses,and schools,so as to create a good social condition,but also optimize the interior foreign trade training system of enterprises from curriculum,management,training assessment and instructors,so as to guarantee the sustainable development of foreign trade training and continuously provide high-quality talents for the enterprises,who help to promote the foreign trade in return. |
