| Abstract: | It is the key to training man of ability to cultivate the innovative type teachers.At present,the growth of the innovative type teachers of civilian-run colleges and universities is restricted by many factors,among which the main factors are the weakness of the civilian-run colleges and universities,lack of the idea and evaluation of the teachers of civilian-run colleges and universities and the unsound encouraging measures. |
