美国跳远运动员训练构成的研究

摘    要:依据对美国跳远教练员和部分优秀运动员的调查结果,对现今美国跳远运动员所采用的训练方法和长期的训练构成进行研究。调查结果表明,根据运动员的水平及地区环境多采用单周期、双周期的训练构造;为了增加最大肌肉力量多采用新类型的训练构造;为了取得好的训练效果,多采用以四周期为一个周期的中周期训练循环方式;从训练构成要素看,力量训练和爆发力训练占全部训练内容的63%,专项素质训练构成的比例在增大。

Abstract:This research is based on The in Ventory of the eoach and part of excellent sportsman of American long jump. According to the resnlt of inventory have gone into the training method and long-term training formation was taken by the Present American long jumper. From the resnit, the single-perinod and dual-period were taken acconding to the different the level and arean condition of sportsman. Moreouer, the new type training formation was vseel for adding to the muscular power. In orden to get the effective training this mid-term of training cycle fashion in foar weeks per period was taken by spertsmen. From the training formation,weight training and powen training occnpy the 63 percent inall training the proportion of special auality truining has increased
