| 摘 要： | 本文利用科学计量学方法,以包括高被引论文、热点论文、发表在世界三大名刊上的论文和发表在各学科顶尖期刊上的论文在内的高影响力论文作为事实数据,以G7国家和韩国、印度和俄罗斯等国家作为主要比较对象,对高影响力论文数量进行了国际比较研究.研究结果表明:尽管中国与美国在高影响力论文数量上还有显著的差距,但是中国高影响力论文数量呈现快速增长的态势,增速领先于G7国家,同时扩大了对韩国、印度和俄罗斯等国家的领先优势.这从一个重要侧面反映出我国科学技术的进步以及在世界科学事业发展进程中所发挥的重要推动作用正在日益提高.

| Abstract: | This study compares the output of China's high impact papers with those produced by G7 countries and South Korea,India and Russia based on scientometrics method.High impact papers include highly cited papers,hot papers,papers published in the world's three well-known journals and top papers published in the subject top journals.Study results suggest that the number of China's high impact papers show rapid growth and the rate of growth is faster than that of G7 countries.At the same time,China's leading gap ... |
