| 摘 要： | 科技成果管理及科技成果转化是我国科技工作的重点,明晰科技成果及科技成果转化若干基本概念的内涵,对于促进科技成果创造、推动科技成果向现实生产力转化具有重要意义.本研究系统分析了科技成果、科技成果转化有关概念以及相关评价指标的内涵及其国内外差异,并从概念界定、国际比较、数据积累以及科技成果的分类管理等方面进行了讨论和建议.
