| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆管理工作是一项具有较强科学性的系统工程。为读者提供高效优质的服务是图书馆的基本工作目标。在健全规章制度的同时,人本理念、人文关怀是高校图书馆在提高服务质量过程中所面临的一个新课题。本文从制度的制定、落实和人文服务环境的营造两个方面略作探究,以求教于同仁。

| Abstract: | The management of university and college libraries is a scientific and systematic project,and it is the libraries' basic working aim to provide for readers high-efficiency and fine-quality services.The establishment and improvement of rules and regulations,human-oriented conceptions and humanistic care is a new problem facing university and college libraries in the improvement of service quality.This paper discusses the problem from two aspects: the establishment of rules and regulations,and the improvement of humanistic service. |
