| 摘 要： | 民营企业成长过程中会受到嵌入反应所形成的市场瓶颈、非契合管理所形成的成本瓶颈以及忽视法人治理建设所形成的治理瓶颈三大瓶颈的制约。民营企业突破三大瓶颈关键在于把握创业激情与战略理性之间的平衡、经验管理与制度管理之间的平衡、治理机制与企业发展之间的平衡。

| Abstract: | In the development process, private enterprises have been confronted with market bottleneck formed by intercalation reaction, cost bottleneck formed by non--agreement governance and governance bottleneck by the overlooking of eorporate governance. In order to break through the three bottlenecks, private enterprises should manage to obtain the balances between creation passion and strategy reason, experience management and system management, and governance mechanism and enterprise development. |
