含圆孔的复合材料筒壳在内压下的破坏

摘    要:对若干个含圆孔的石墨/环氧树脂圆筒壳进行了内压试验。筒壁上的圆孔是用金刚砂钻头加工而成。为了使筒壳具有气密性,在圆孔附近的内壁,安置了盖片,并用密封胶密封。本文建立了一种计算含孔筒壳破坏应力的简便方法。计算值与试验数据的比较表明,在工程上应用这种计算方法是适宜的、可行的。

Abstract:Graphite/epoxy cylinders with holes were tested. Holes of varying diameters were drilled through the wall of cylindrical shell with diamond-sand drills. Patches covering the holes were installed on the inner surfaces of shells and sealed with sealant. This paper Presents a simple method developed to predict the failure pressure of cylinders with holes. A comparison of the predicted values with test data shows that the method is reasonable and applicable.
