| 摘 要： | 在阐述法律人才分类培养模式的必要性和可能性的基础上,尝试对法律人才分类培养模式的基本思路与原则进行探索,进而从包括培养目标、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法与手段、师资类型、实务教学模式等在内的多个视角探讨了实现高校法律人才分类培养的途径。
