| 摘 要： | 通过对优秀运动员赛前训练的方法和手段的调查显示,赛前训练的方法和手段与平时有较大差别,较多地采用模拟比赛、测验比赛、高原训练等方法,热身赛也是赛前训练的重要手段。

| Abstract: | The study on the pre-games training methods for excellent atheletes shows that the training methods before and after match have a significant difference. Before a match, more imitation games, test games and plateau training are adopted. Moreover,warming up matches are also important to the athlete. |
