| 摘 要： | 高校中外合作办学是我国高等教育国际化及多元化的重要组成部分。面对中外合作办学加速发展，国际金融危机却席卷全球的形势，论述了我国高校中外合作办学的现状和发展，分析了国际金融危机对其的影响．并提出了在国际金融危机背景下高校中外合作办学的发展策略。
