| 摘 要： | 通过对社会主义新农村建设和农村成人教育的地位、作用的论述,理清农村成人教育与社会主义新农村建设的关系。立足农村人才需求的新变化,转变农村成人教育观念、调整人才培养方式、完善成人教育体系、优化成人教育资源,只有这样才能在社会主义新农村建设中充分发挥成人教育的作用,为社会主义新农村建设提供智力支持和人才保障。
