| 摘 要： | 信息化建设问题关切国家经济发展、社会稳定，搞好信息化建设，对国家的长治久安和发展有深远的现实意义。而做好青海、西藏、新疆三省的信息化建设并加快其进程，使其成为促进经济发展的强大动力，才能促进青海、西藏、新疆三省区民族地区经济的发展，也才能推动区域社会稳定发展。本文从三省区信息化建设的现状、存在问题，探讨了信息化建设与区域稳定的内层关系，提出了加快信息化建设的对策。

But completes Qinghai, Tibet, the Xinjiang three province informationization constructs and speeds up its advancement, causes it to become the promotion economy development the formidable power, can promote the Qinghai and Xizang new three provin- cial capital area multi - national area economy development, also can impel the region social stability development. This article from three provincial capital area informationization construction present situation, the existence question, has discussed the informationization construction and the region stable inner layer relations, proposed speeds up the informationization construction the countermeasure. |
