| 摘 要： | 新一轮的英语课程改革如春风浩荡，给学校带来了勃勃生机。成千上万的英语教师正以高度的历史责任感和极大的热情投入到了新课程改革中。然而，英语新课程实施过程中，农村初中会遭遇到来自教师、学校、学生、社会和家庭的障碍。我们应采取相应的对策克服这些困难，使英语新课程在农村地区得以顺利地实施。

| Abstract: | New English cotwse reform motivates English teachers. But its implementation in the rural junior schools encounters various barriers form the teachers, schools, students, the society and families. Measures should be taken to overcome these barriers so that the New English Course can be implemented smoothly in the rural areas. |
