| 摘 要： | 我国现代城市社区是国家与社会相分离的产物，它已经或正在成为一个具有共同地域，用契约和共同的亚化联系在一起的具有共同利益和归属感的社会成员的集合，它是城市居民的日常生活世界，具有市民社会和公民社会的双重属性，由于城市社区的这一特征，决定了城市社区已不再是国家行政的一个层次，而是一个社区居民自我管理，自我教育，自我服务的社区居民自治体系，因此，完善社区居民自治体系的建设，就成了当下城市社区建设的一个重要任务。

| Abstract: | The modern city community in our country is the result from the separation of the state from the society.It has become or is becoming a community which,linked by contract and common subculture,shares the common district,common interests,and whose members are of the same belonging sense.It is a world where city people lead their daily life,a living world charateristic of a double attribute of the society of city residents and the society of citizens.It is owe to this property that the city community is decidedly no longer a level at which the state excercises adminsiration,but an autonomous system of self management,self education,and self service by the community residents themselves.It is therefore one of important tasks for the moment,so far as the construction of the city community goes,to perfect the construction of the autonomous system of the community residents. |
