| 摘 要： | 在我国的高等职业教育中,高职学生的培养目标是一个关键问题。高职学生的职业胜任力模型是高职教育培养目标研究的一个新视角。研究从职业胜任力的视角出发,以浙江台州区域为样本,通过胜任力建模技术,构建了高职院校管理类毕业生职业胜任力的概念模型。
