| Abstract: | Readers' breaking rules is an unavoidable fact in libraries.By defining it,this essay analyzes the cause of readers' breaking rules,and puts forward some measures to void readers breaking rules as well as the art of dealing with the problem of breaking rules with the human touch and helping readers correct their wrong behavior. |
