| 摘 要： | 教学秘书是高校教学管理工作的重要参与者.全文就当前高校教学秘书队伍存在的普遍问题进行了分析.指出必须从营造外部氛围、完善知识结构、加强能力培养和作风建设四大方面入手,不断提高高校教学秘书素质,加强高校教学秘书队伍建设.

| Abstract: | The secretary of teaching is one of the important actors in the work of college teaching management.This article analyses the common problems which exist among the college secretary of teaching.It points out that we must improve the quality and the construction of the college teaching secretary by building good atmosphere,perfecting their knowledge structure,enhancing their working ability and improving their working style. |
