| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代，韩国分业监管机构各自为政，引致金融危机。危机爆发后，韩国随即对其金融监管体制进行了大幅度调整和机构改革，形成了集中统一监管的新模式。韩国金融监管体制改革取得了一定成效，但与此同时也出现了一些新的矛盾和问题，有待进一步解决。

| Abstract: | In the 1990s, the sub-institutions in South Korea supervised and regulated their own finance, which caused the financial crisis. South Korea government immediately and dramatically reformed the financial supervision and regulation system, developing a new pattern of centralized and unified system. This reform brings about certain effects, but at the same time some new problems arise, which are to be further solved. |
