| 摘 要： | 孙子兵法的原理、方法适用于现代行政管理,而且具有重要的价值,在现代行政管理实践中,《孙子兵法》中关于“国事为重”、“将为国辅”、“视卒如子”、“以法治军”、“知者必胜”、“谋略取胜”、“求之于势”、“以变应变”等理论转化为行政管理的理论与方法,行政管理就能取得显著的成效。

| Abstract: | The unique administrative strategy in Military Science of Sun Tzu is of great practical value to modern business management.Under the present context of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises should combine the management strategy implied in Military Science of Sun Tzu flexibly with western management science,thus exploring an effective approach to business management in line with Chinese enterprises,while noticing their disparities due to their respective diverse cultural backgrounds. |
