摘    要:为解决IT软件开发领域中多项目并行时的收益及资源冲突问题,提出构建项目组合及进度管理的双模型理念。以最优组合作为项目进度管理的输入,以关键链技术建立多项目在资源约束下的进度模型,同时设计遗传算法对模型中的关键链进行了识别。最后以实际项目为例,应用Java语言对该算法进行了编程验证。实践结果表明,该方法能有效识别出高净收益的项目组合,提供满足资源约束下的最短多项目进度计划。

Abstract:In order to solve problems of revenue and resource conflict in the field of IT software development, it is proposed to a double-model approach to portfolio and schedule management, take the optimal combination as the input of project schedule management, CCPM technology is adopted to establish the double-model of multiple projects which under resource constraints. As the same time, the genetic algorithm is designed to identify the critical chain. Finally, With the actual projects as example, the algorithm is verified by the application of Java language. The practical results show that the method can effectively identify the portfolio with high net income and provide the shortest multi-project schedule to meet resource constraints.
