| 摘 要： | 对贵州南部少数民族地区体育教师的现状进行调查研究,结果表明:该地区体育教师队伍相对较为稳定,民族结构合理,政治素质和健康状况良好。但年龄结构不尽合理,过于年轻化;男女教师总体比例基本合理,但是有局部配置失衡的现象。低学历、低职称的比例偏高。教师的总体数量不能满足教学需要,教师工作量偏大,且待遇低。教师对民族传统体育项目的掌握和应用能力较差,科研水平较低。

| Abstract: | An investigation of the present situation of physical education teachers in ethnic minority regions in southern Guizhou Province was conducted.The results showed that in this region the physical education teaching body is relatively stable with a proper composition of nationalities,fairly high political qualities and fairly good health conditions.However,with more young teachers,the age formation is not quite balanced.The overall ratio between male and female teachers is basically balanced,while in some schools the ratio is out of proportion. The ratio of teachers with low academic degrees and professional ranks is rather high.The total number of teachers can hardly meet the local teaching needs.Teachers are heavily loaded with work but are insufficiently paid.Teachers are incompetent not only in mastering and applying ethnic traditional sports in teaching but also in making scientific researches. |
