| 摘 要： | 戊戌变法是中国近代吏上一次资本主义性质的改革运动,这就决定了戊戌变法必然是“自上而下”的行进向度,“自上而下”与变法是形式与内容的统一,否定“自上而下”就等于否定变法本身。变法、改革与革命都是推动历史发展的基本形式,不能以成败论其道路的合理性,戊戌变法的失败与“自上而下”没有必然的因果关系,其失败的根本原因在于它是一次不成熟的改革运动。

| Abstract: | The Reform Movement of 1898 is the logical starting point aiming at developing Chinese capitalism in modem history, which decides the way of "from top to bottom". The way of "from top to bottom" unifies the form and content of reform. So negativing of the way is equal to the negation of the reform itself. The political reform, reformation and revolution are all basic forms that push the history development. We can't deny the rationality only depending upon the result. In a word, the immature reform movement is the basic reason why it fails. |
