| 摘 要： | 社会结构转型和社会体制的转轨使思想政治教育获得了巨大的发展机遇，也面临着严峻的挑战。充分审视和把握思想政治教育中存在的困境和缺失，在全社会树立正确的价值体系，从指导思想、弘扬主体性、加强针对性等方面为建构社会主义和谐社会创造良好的社会环境，体现为社会协调和人的全面发展服务的价值目标和功效。

| Abstract: | Transformation of social structure and social system was a great opportunity for development of the ideological and political education in transition, it was also faced severe challenges. Fully examine and grasp the difficulties and shortcomings that exist in society to establish the correct value system, from the guiding ideology, subjectivity promote and strengthen the areas targeted for the construction of a harmonious socialist society to create a good social environment, reflected in social coordination and the comprehensive development of the value of service objectives and efficacy. |
