| 摘 要： | 高水平的教育和高素质的教师对于建设学习社会与实施科教兴国和人才强国战略密切相关,应以推动全民学习、终身学习和建设学习社会为契机,将大力开发教育与教师资源放在首位,通过高质量、大面积、适时更新地持续培训,有效提高全国千百万基础教育教师的整体素质。这不仅关乎基础教育改革和发展的成败,也关乎全体社会成员素质和综合国力的提升。

| Abstract: | To construct the learning society and develop all the people lifelong education and the lifelong study has close correlation.As long as studying under the society's background to refer new turn of elementary education curriculum reforms of our country,then we have the possibility to sort out the relationship between teachers training and the elementary education reform and constructing the learning society and improving the overall national strength.And at the next step we comb and think about the problems of innovation and reform about the elementary teachers' training systematically. |
