| 摘 要： | 亚健康状态是世界医学界提出的一个新概念,对亚健康状态的研究已经成为一个由医学、心理学、社会学、哲学、人文科学等多学科交叉的有关人类健康的边缘科学。文章采用文献资料的研究方法,对亚健康状态的发病机制及有效预防措施——体育锻炼等方面进行综述,并提出进一步研究展望。
