| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨短波紫外线(ultraviolet C,UVC)在治疗手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿口腔疱疹(herpes mouth)的临床疗效,旨在为临床治疗该病提供简便快捷的治疗方案。方法:收集符合该病诊断标准的患者61例,采用蓝芩口服液配合开喉剑(儿童型),辅以短波紫外线照射,治疗3天后,观察患者疱疹愈合天数及进食情况。结果:采用SPSS17.0统计软件分析,计数资料选用t检验,P0.01有非常显著性差异,临床总有效率p0.05,有显著性差异,有统计学意义。结论:短波紫外线治疗口腔疱疹可以缩短临床治疗天数,缓解患儿不安情绪,减轻疼痛,适宜临床推广。

Clinical observation on ultraviolet C in the treatment of herpes mouth |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of ultraviolet C on expression of the hand-foot-mouth disease, what is aimed at providing the simple and quick therapeutic schedule. Methods: To collect 61 volunteers who were complied with the standard of diagnosis of the herpes mouth. With Lanqin oral solution and Kaihou-Jian spray and ultraviolet C, after one course of treatment observing the results by the symptoms and signs. Results By the statistical software of SPSS 17.0, with t-test, P≤0.01, the total effective rate was the significant. Conclusion: The method of the ultraviolet C application to treat the herpes mouth is effective and should be extensively used in the clinic. |
