| 摘 要： | 目的:观察柴芍六君子汤加味治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(肝郁脾虚型)的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,对照组予恩替卡韦分散片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予柴芍六君子汤加味治疗,治疗12周为1个疗程。结果:1个疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组比较,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤加味联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗CHB疗效确切,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To observe the Chai Sao Liu Jun Zi Tang decoctionadd and subtract on Chronic Viral Hepatitis B. Methods: On the base of standards 120 cases randomly divided into ten treatment group 60 cases and the control group 60 cases, 60 cases in the control group were give Entecavir dispersible tablets, 60 cases of the treatment group were treated by Chai Sao Liu Jun Zi Tang decoctionadd and subtract combine with Entecavir dispersible tablets. The period is 12 weeks. Results: After the end of the 1 course of treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 83.33%, and the control group is 60%, comparison between two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of CHB treated by Chai Sao Liu Jun Zi Tang decoctionadd and subtract combine with Entecavir dispersible tablets is exact, is worth popularizing and applying. |
