| Abstract: | The legal support service for students in higher education is a new kind of voluntary activity which is gradually popular in China.It is noticed that there are many difficulties need to be solved in the current legal support service for students,although it has its own dominance.The paper proceeds from some problems and status for the voluntary legal support activity in order to improve its further development. |
