摘    要:支撑跳跃对发展学生的腿部力量、弹跳力、上肢和肩带肌群力量,对锻炼动作的准确性、灵巧性和爆发力,培养勇敢、果断等意志品质,都有很好的作用.但在练习中往往需要克服器械障碍及自身体重.这对于女生特别是胆小者和初学者都容易产生恐惧感.帮助学生克服恐惧心理对提高体育教学质量是非常重要的.

Abstract:Vault with support is of great importance for students to develop the power of limbs, jumping ability, and the muscular power around the shoulders; to toughen the accuracy, skillfulness of movements and explosive force; to foster the quality of bravery and resolution. It is necessory for students to conquer the obstacles of apparatus and the weights of themselves in practicing this exercise. Therefore it is easily frightening for women students, especiculy the timid and the beginners. So how to help women students to conquer the fear is significant to uplift the quality of physical education.
