地方师范院校文化素质教育的另面:创新教育——以淮南师范学院为例

摘    要:培养高层次人才的地方师范教育,既要育"人"又要育"才"。前者主要体现为全面的素质教育,尤其是文化素质教育;后者主要体现为高层次的专业教育,尤其是创新教育。创新学分是高校撬动创新教育的有力杠杆,现以淮南师范学院设置和落实创新学分为个案,探索地方师范院校对创新教育的开展。

Abstract:As the site to educate high-level talented persons , the local normal universities educate both “per-sons” and“talents”, the former depending on the overall quality-oriented , especially cultural equality-oriented ed-ucation, and the latter on the high-level professional , especially innovative education .The creative credit is a pow-erful lever for colleges to promote their innovative education , and the arrangement and implement of creative credits by Huainan Normal University can be held up as a mode to explore the innovative education for local normal univer -sities.
