| 摘 要： | 资本虽然是一种生产关键，但它是具有两面性：一方面具有直接表现为生产力的生产力属性，另一方面具有表现为所有关系的生产关系属性，本文试图通过论证资本的两面性，来重释当前学术界关于资本范畴究竟是一般范畴还是特殊范畴，以及要不要将资本范畴引入社会主义市场经济的纷争，文章不仅从多层面阐述了资本两面性的客观存在，而且论证了资本范畴即是一般范畴，又是特殊范畴这个“亦此亦彼”的命题。

| Abstract: | The author considers though the capital is a kind of relations of production,but it has the dual nature:on one hand,it has the attribute or productive forces which direct expressing the productive forces;on the other hand it has the attribute of the relations of production expressing the ownership.The article gives a explanation of the argument between the aspects of general category or particular category in the learned and responses whether or not the capital category shoud be led into market economics of socialism;The article confirmed that the dual nature of capital is the objective reality and it is both of general category and particular catgory. |
