| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、对比分析法对篮球规则修改的价值取向作了综合分析。结果表明：篮球规则与篮球运动相辅相成、共同发展，篮球规则的演变反映出篮球运动发展的社会性和时代性的特点，并对篮球运动的发展起着决定性引导作用。2008年国际篮联对篮球规则的重大修改分析其价值取向为攻守平衡、文明竞赛、公平公正、观赏性和商业化。同时，也体现了现代篮球运动的发展方向与趋势，对我国篮球运动的发展有重要的指导意义。
