| Abstract: | Through a systematic survey on the precondition of library management such as the management structure, library collection, building and space, as well as personnel of the vocational college of Hainan Province, the article brought forward pertinently the countermeasures of strengthening and speeding up libraries construction and development from six aspects emphatically. |
