| 摘 要： | 通过对A、B两所大学工程热物理学科竞争力现状的比较，分析了B大学该学科竞争力不强的主要原因，在此基础上提出了培育大学学科竞争力的几条途径：营造良好的学科发展环境、建设高水平的学科梯队、制订科学的学科发展规划、创建多样化的学科组织形式、以及形成优良的学科文化等。

| Abstract: | Through comparing the competitive abilities of engineering and thermal physics discipline in university A and university B, the main causes of weaker competitive abilities of university B is analysied. The author puts forward some suggestions on cultivating competitive abilty of university discipline, which includes building suitable surrounding to discipline development, forming a high-level researcher group, working out a scientific disciplinary developing strategy, establishing various disciptinary organization and forming an excellent disciplinary culture. |
