| 摘 要： | 作为信息技术支柱的软件产业面临着前所未有的机遇与压力,引起了政府、业界人士以及整个社会的高度重视。当前,我国政府出台了一系列扶持软件产业的政策,外部环境有所改善。但制约我国软件产业发展的核心问题是软件过程急待科学化、系统化、规范化。“软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)”是解决我国软件产业发展瓶颈并与国际接轨的有力工具。

| Abstract: | Software industry, as the pillar of Information Technology, is facing the unprecedented opportunities and pressure . It has caused great attention from governments, figures in enterprise circles and even the whole society. Nowadays, our government has issues a series of policies to support the software industry, which has causes some improvement in external environments. However, the key problem that restricts the development of our country's software industry is that software process is urgent to realize systematization and standardization. CMM is the powerful tool to solve the obstruction during the development of software industry and to meet with international conventions. |
