VitE对足球运动员无氧训练血浆自由基水平和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:为了探索外源性抗氧化剂维生素E对足球运动员无氧训练血浆MDA水平和SOD活性的影响,选取20名中南大学湘雅医学院足球队队员,随机分为两组,每组10名,进行试验训练后;测定血浆MDA浓度和SOD活性.结果表明:C组血浆MDA水平于T2升高,持续至T6(p<0.05),VE组于T3、T4升高(p<0.05),VE组于T2、T3、T4、T5、T6、低于C组;C组血浆SOD活性于T2下降,持续至T5(p<0.05),而VE组无明显变化,于T2、T3、T4、T5均高于C组(p<0.05).由此可见,无氧运动训练引起组织氧耗增加,可导致氧自由基的生成量增多,而抗氧化剂VitE的补充可预防和缓解运动性自由基损伤,增进机体抗氧化能力.

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of external source of anti-oxygen,Vitamin E,on the MDA and SOD of non-oxygen training of football players.This study selected 20 football players of Zhongnan University that were divided into two groups: 10 players each group.After the test training,the MDA and SOD of the plasma were tested.The results of this study indicated that MDA of Group C increased at T_2 and the increase lasted to T_6(p<0.05);Group VE grew at T_3 and T_4(p<0.05);Group VE is lower than Group C at T_2,T_3,T_4,T_5,T_6.The SOD of Group C decreased at T_2,lasted till T_5(p<0.05);however,Group VE had no significant difference and was higher than Group C at T_2,T_3,T_4,T_5(p<0.05).Accordingly the non-oxygen training resulted in the increase of the oxygen output of the tissue,which led to the increase of the generation of the oxygen-liberty.The supply of the anti-oxygen Vitamin E can prevent and postpone the exercise-produced liberty injury,thereby promoting the anti-oxygen ability.
