| 摘 要： | 高师院校创新教育教学模式构建的理论依据是“全面发展”的教育理论、“三个面向”的教育思想、“以人为本”的教育理念和转型发展理论 ;其基本内容包括确立创新教育观、优化课程结构、构建多维互动的课堂教学模式、建立课堂教学与校园文化活动的互动机制、建立符合创新教育思想的教学质量评价体系与教学管理模式 ;其主要措施包括修订专业教学计划、柔化高师专业方向、建立高师课程创新体系、改革教学方法和教学手段、创新教学管理体制、培养创新型师资等。

| Abstract: | The Theories of the construction of teaching modes in creative education at teachers college are based on the educational theories of all-round development, the educational thought of three directions, the educational conception of human centre and theory of transferring development. Its basic contents include setting up new creative educational points of view, optimizing courses, making class teaching modes in inter-movement, establishing the inter movement system between class teaching and campus cultural activities, building teaching management modes and teaching quality appraisal system that is fit for the creative education .Its main measures are revising teaching plans, softening specialization directions at teachers college, setting up creative system for courses, reforming teaching methods and instruments, creating teaching management system, training new typed and creative teachers, etc. |
