| 摘 要： | 高校共青团工作运行机制,是实现高校团组织内部健康有序运行以及确保高校团组织履行职责使命的工作方式、方法的概括和集成。由于经济社会的发展,高校共青团面临新的挑战,只有创新工作运行机制才能更好地实现高校共青团的任务。组织设计是指在组织理论的指导下,以组织结构的合理构造和有效运行为主要内容的组织系统的整体设计工作。组织设计理论对创新高校共青团工作运行机制有着极其重要的借鉴作用。
