| 摘 要： | 我国股市处于投资安全区,股权分置改革理顺了股市的价值评估体系,机构投资者队伍逐渐壮大,股市价值投资理性回归的机遇较好。推进股市价值投资理性的回归,要尽快推出股指期货交易,完善上市公司的分红制度,进一步加强对金融市场的监管。

| Abstract: | At present Chinese stock markets are in a safe area,and equity division reform has rationalized the value assessing system of stock markets in China.Meanwhile institutional investors gradually increase so that there is an opportunity for the rational return of value investment in Chinese stock markets.Promoting such a return requires the implementation of stock index futures,the improvement of listed companies' profit sharing system and the supervision of financial markets. |
