摘    要:西方管理学的重点是管理者对被管理者的单向激励,基于和合文化的中国式管理,为了确保管理者和被管理者能够围绕同一和合主题、趋向一致的和合目标、追求共赢的和合利益,则更为重视管理者与被管理者之间和合互动的双向激励。

Abstract:The key point of the Western management is the one -way excitation of the employers toward their employees, But in the Chinese management based on gentle and suitable culture, the mutual two-way excitation of the employers and their employees is paid more attention to in order that they can center on their common subject, aim their common target and seek their winwin interests.
