| 摘 要： | 异性恋话语霸权不但为女同性恋者创设了矛盾的处境。而且也使中国社会对女同性恋者形成了刻板印象。民众排斥她们，这种排斥态度的形成与中国传统思想影响有重要关系。女同性恋者面对话语压抑．一方面，她们需要自我调适来适应社会，另一方面，社会或许应该给予她们的权益更多的关注．循序渐进地改变同性恋在我们法律规制中的缺位状况。

| Abstract: | Heterosexual hegemony not only creates an incompatible situation for lesbians,but also made Chinese society form a lesbian stereotype.People exclude them,which is greatly influenced by traditional Chinese thinking.On the one hand,when facing words repression,lesbians need self-adjustment to adapt to society.On the other hand,perhaps society should give more attention to their rights,and gradually we should change the conditions of homosexuality absence in the legal regulation. |
