| 摘 要： | 当今,大学生心理健康状况已得到社会的普遍关注,大学生心理健康教育无论对于大学生的全面发展还是对于整个社会环境的优化都具有非常重要的意义.该文指出了大学生心理健康教育的意义,阐述了大学生心理健康的标准及大学生常见的心理问题,提出了大学生心理健康教育的方法.

| Abstract: | The mental health of college students has been widespread concerned in the society,the mental health education for college students is not only beneficial to the all-round development of college students,but also beneficial to the optimization of the social environment.This thesis points out the significance of the mental health education for college students,expounds the standard of the mental health and the common psychological problems of college students,and proposes the methods of the mental health education for college students. |
