| Abstract: | Setting up oversea R＆D institutions is a new effective attempt for enterprises to launch international technical cooperation and technological innovation. This paper takes the oversea R＆D institutions setting by enterprises in Jiangsu as example, and also analyzes the developing modes and features to get some inspirational conclusions. |
