| 摘 要： | 从目前我国社会经济、政治发展现状以及所面临的各种问题分析,流言大致有以下3种主要表观:攻击性流言、愿望性流言、恐怖性流言。流言的危害常常在传播过程中首先形成一种恐惧的社会心理环境,使人们产生消极的、强烈的情绪反应,进而引发社会震荡,影响公共安全。清除流言的危害应建立流言研究机构、强化政府的公关意识、建立社会公共管理机制和预警系统。
