| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国青少年犯罪日趋严重,犯罪率不断上升,已成为当今严重的社会公害之一.因此,加强青少年犯罪问题的研究、探索,总结青少年违法犯罪的特点和原因,动员全社会共同担负起预防青少年犯罪工作,维护社会的稳定,创建良好的青少年成长环境,是关系着国家发展前途的大事.

| Abstract: | In recent years,juvenile delinqueny in China becomes more and more serious,and crime rate continously increases.It is of crucial importance to enhance the studies of the new development by analysing the characteristics and causes of juvenile delinquency so as to moboilize the society to prevent it and to maintain the social stability and to build up a healthy environment for the youth. |
